Bodega El Escocés Volante with Norrel Robertson – 23rd April 2026

Bodega El Escocés Volante is a family-owned and run business based in Calatayud, Aragon in the North East of Spain. They are passionate about producing high quality wines with
a particular focus on the native Garnacha variety.
The founder, Norrel Robertson, has worked in wine for over three decades, becoming a Master of Wine in 2000. In 2003 he gained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Viticulture and Oenology from Lincoln University, New Zealand. He has worked vintages in numerous countries, both northern and southern hemispheres, and continues to work as a consultant nationally and overseas. In 2020, he was inducted into the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino.
